1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on clothing items that meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.
- Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or Non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process:
- Email us at support@zendeals.online with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and address details.
- Please pack the items securely and include the invoice or order confirmation inside the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the item(s)
- Description of the issue
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. Processing time varies.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once the item is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
